Billy Bat

Billy Bat is a comic-in-a-funny and the genuine hero is a Japanese-American craftsman named Kevin Yamagata who draws Billy Bat for "Marble Comics". Soon after they progress to the craftsman in his studio with his colleague, two genuine criminal investigators, who seem to be Laurel and Hardy in Dick Tracy period suits and overcoats, thump on the entryway and proper Kevin's space to lead reconnaissance on a room in an adjoining building. One of the investigators, the inside scoop "Tree", sees Kevin's work and it turns out he's a Billy Bat fan. The other rotund "Strong" criminal investigator gets a page and says that the characters look natural and blames Kevin for interpreting an old "Jap" comic. As Hardy recollects the comic he thinks Kevin is ripping off, we take another Urasawaesque time leap toward 1949 Tokyo and the part ends. Rate this story
